Description

The City of New Rochelle (“City”) is pleased to release this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) which seeks proposals from qualified consultants, interested in being included on a Qualified Service Provider List, to provide Strategic Policy Evaluation and Legislative Advocacy, Strategic Communications and Marketing Services, and/or Economic Development Consulting.

The agreement with each of the selected firms will be for an initial term of three (3) years with an option to renew, upon mutual consent in writing, for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.

It is the City's intent to select consultants or consulting firms from the award list to provide project specific proposals for services as outlined in this Request for Proposal.
