Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this specification is to supply a fully hydraulic catch basin cleaner mounted to a chassis of adequate GVW, with a dump body. The Basin Boss or acceptable equal shall be positioned between cab and dump body. A Hi-Way Premier Series Model 350T cross-memberless dump body or equal, with a front-mounted telescopic hoist system.

The City of New Rochelle has standardized with Mack as per Section 62-7 of Chapter 62 of the Code of the City of New Rochelle. Only Mack chassis are acceptable.
