RFP-NR-5181 - Consultant - IT Staffing Study

The City of New Rochelle is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide consulting services for a COMPREHENSIVE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY STAFFING AND ORGANIZATION STUDY. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the Information Technology Department’s current daily citywide staffing levels and overall organization structure as well as to evaluate the efficiency, effectiveness, and the current and future needs of the Department. The consulting firm shall evaluate what is required to provide adequate Technology service including, but not limited to; current staffing levels based on the current conditions and future anticipated growth. The study shall include: Staffing needs, and recommendations of proper staffing levels, Department overall reporting structure and staffing titles.
