RFP-NR-5177 - Consultant Services - Renovation Design to Fire House

The City of New Rochelle (City) is interested in receiving proposals from professional and experienced Fire House Consultants to prepare a detailed renovation design for Fire House No. 2 located at 170 Webster Ave, New Rochelle, NY 10801. Particular attention will be paid to the structural integrity of the entire building, enlarging the existing garage doors and relocating the existing basement staircase. The City has existing renovations drawings dating back to 1998 which was not completed as shown, and is included in a the detailed building condition assessment report (dated October 2016 by D&B engineers and Architects, P.C.)
