RFP-NR-4483 - Food Concession at Hudson Park Beach

Summary of Specifications:
The City of New Rochelle is requesting proposals for the use and occupancy of refreshment stand concession space located at the Bath House in Hudson Park, Davenport Avenue, New Rochelle, New York. 

The concession space overlooks the Long Island Sound and Hudson Park Beach area. 

It is the City's intent to accept proposals from financially qualified individuals or firms whose intent is to utilize the concession space as a refreshment stand. In general, the license agreement will be awarded to the highest responsible bidder who presents a proposal that exhibits the best overall financial benefit to the City with emphasis on continued use as a refreshment stand, references, financial resources, and experience. All determinations shall be at the sole discretion of the City of New Rochelle.
