RFP-NR-4666 - Furnish and Install A / V Presentation System

Summary of Specifications:
The presentation system requested herein will be installed in the City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall, 515 North Ave. The prime use of the system will be to allow for quick and easy set up of presentations by city staff and outside concerns wishing to present information via digital/computer generated media. In most cases the presentation system will be utilized during twice monthly City Council meetings which are broadcast via our in house cable TV studio but may also be used for in-house training purposes. The system must integrate with our current Cable TV studio equipment to allow for clear television broadcast. The City will provide any and all necessary electrical work which may be required to facilitate installation of system. The awarded vendor shall provide the city with a written detail of electrical requirements.
