RFP-NR-4534 - Removal & Installation of Marine Piles

Summary of Specifications:
The City of New Rochelle is soliciting qualified firms or individuals to Remove and Install Marine Grade Wood Piles at the City if New Rochelle Municipal Marina located at 22 Pelham Rd. New Rochelle, NY as detailed herein. 

OVERVIEW Proposals shall include all labor and equipment needed to remove and install/reinstall piles in accordance with the specifications herein. 

The City of New Rochelle will begin its dredging project on Oct. 1, 2003, so it is imperative that all work relating to this Request for Proposal is accepted and completed on or before Sept. 30, 2003. 

The City of New Rochelle will supply new/replacement piles when necessary. 

Piles shall be reinstalled in the Fall / Winter 2003 or Spring 2004 (March 15, 2004) depending on completion of the dredging project and/or onset of winter weather etc. 

Proposals shall include any and all items that may not have been mentioned herein as the contractor deems necessary to remove and install piles as required by industry standards.
