The property was acquired by the City through the in-rem foreclosure process. DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: The property is located on DeVeau Lane abutted by residential properties and the Pelham Country Club (see attached map). The lot measures approximately 250 feet by 80 feet for an area of approximately 26,136 square feet (0.6 acres). The property is located in an RMF 0.5 zone which is a multi-family residence designation. The City desires to retain the residential nature of the property with preference given to those proposals improving the site.
