The City of New Rochelle as sponsor for the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) is requesting bids to Furnish and Supply Breakfast or Lunch and Snack for our Summer Youth Nutrition Programs held at various locations within the City of New Rochelle as detailed herein. During the pandemic we provided each child with a single bag to include a snack and either breakfast or lunch as determined by the time of the location program(s).
