The City of New Rochelle, New York is soliciting the services of a qualified New York State Licensed Professional Engineer for the purpose of performing a visual inspection and developing an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) for New Rochelle Reservoir # 1 located in the north westerly corner of the City along the Hutchinson River Parkway as detailed herein. The (EAP) shall be developed in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
