ITB-11.15 - Basketball Court Rehabilitation

Summary of Specifications:
The work is related to all site work, construction, and finishing related to the rehabilitation of the existing basketball courts. Along with the proposed work, the successful respondent is required to comply with HUD Section 3 requirements and the City of Newburgh Apprenticeship Program. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in the attached specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: minor demolition, asphalt repair, new asphalt surfacing, concrete work, fence installation, and color surfacing amongst other things.
