Description

The Project consists of modifications to the existing outlet structure of the pond at Downing Park, the construction of a pond drain valve vault with automated controls, and installation of a storm sewer from Downing Park along Third and Johnston Streets. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
