- All questions and inquiries concerning this Bid Document shall be submitted electronically to Chief Plant Operator, George Cobb at GCobb@cityofnewburgh-ny.gov or Senior Operator, Carmen Marino at CMarino@cityofnewburgh-ny.gov no later than 12 p.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2020. If any responses to questions received require a change to the Bid Document or could effect a Bidder’s proposal, the City shall issue Addenda accordingly which shall be posted to BidNet. Such Addenda, if issued, is the responsibility of the prospective Bidder to periodically review the solicitation on BidNet and download such document for review. Bids will not be accepted from any Bidder submitting their Bid who has not downloaded and acknowledged the Addenda, if any, the City issued.
