Summary of Specifications:
The project consists of the development of a passive park to include playground, outdoor stage, landscaping, walkways, lighting and benches. The City of Newburgh officially distributes bidding documents from the Engineer’s office, the City of Newburgh or through the Hudson Valley Municipal Purchasing Group’s Regional Bid Notification System. This system provides convenient online access to all bid information for the City of Newburgh. Copies of the bidding documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bidding documents from the Engineer’s Office, or the Regional Bid Notification System will be sent addendum information, if such information is issued. Copies obtained through the HVMPG Regional Notification system are offered at no cost, while copies obtained from the City Engineer’s office incur a non-refundable cost of twenty-five dollars ($25) per copy. If you have obtained bidding documents through another source, it is recommended that you obtain an official copy. You may obtain an official copy by registering on the HVMPG Regional Notification system at hhtp://www.empirestatebidsystem.com or by visiting the City Engineer’s Office located on the first floor of City Hall, 83 Broadway, Newburgh, New York 12550. Business checks only shall be made payable to the City of Newburgh.
