Sealed bids on forms furnished by the City of Newburgh for the furnishing of all labor and material necessary for Contract No. 2 – General Construction and Contract No. 3 – Electrical Construction for the Rehabilitation of Ellis Avenue and Brady Avenue Water Storage Tanks, will be received by the City Comptroller in his office at City Hall, 83 Broadway – 4th Floor, Newburgh, New York 12550 until 11:00 a.m., local time, Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at which time and place Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
