RFQ #18.17 - Request for Qualifications - Demolition Project

The Asbestos and Environmental Consulting Corporation, on the behalf of the City of Newburgh, is seeking qualified contractors to provide abatement / demolition services within the City of Newburgh. 
 
The proposed project consists of the controlled demolition (by abatement) of up to nine (9) properties located within the City of Newburgh.  In general, the scope of work includes with the demolition/abatement of a mixture of single-family and multi-family homes, disposal of waste materials at an approved landfill, site work, and the restoration of each lot (post demolition activities). All work shall be completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications, associated permits, and the requirements of the City of Newburgh.
