Description

The Base Bids will include all labor, material, equipment, trucking ,materials, installation and all other miscellaneous related costs for demolition and removal of the existing concrete and materials, cleaning work areas and inststallation of (1) miscellaneous conrete repairs; (2) remove and replace influent manhole access riser and hatch (3) repairs to existing tunnel expansion joints;(4) remove and replace finals entrance building roof and exhaust fan; (5) remove and replace effluent cmu vent stack.
All bidders are encouraged to field inspect the project locations prior to submittting their bid.
