Summary of Specifications:
GENERAL This project is located in the City of Oneonta on Church Street between Franklin Street and Center Street. The project is summarized as follows: Base Bid – The Base Bid will include all labor, material, equipment, trucking, installation and miscellaneous costs for the milling and paving of Church Street including the intersections as shown on the Contract Drawings and Specifications. Work to be done will include milling 3” of existing asphalt, adjusting existing catch basins and sanitary manholes, installing a 1” truing and leveling course of Type 7 asphalt, 2” Type 7F2 asphalt, replacing/installing signage and pavement markings, as indicated in the Contract Drawings and Specifications.
