The project is summarized as follows: • Base Bid - Grand Street and Division Street – Main Street to Division Street and Division Street – Grand Street to Station 5+25 +/- – Milling 1-1/2” of existing asphalt, milling to sub-grade in select locations (Minimum 3”) (City of Oneonta funded) , installation of selected concrete curbing, utility cover adjustments, paving, replace existing signage, and pavement markings. • Alternate/Add - Grand Street – Division Street to Prospect Street (City of Oneonta funded) – Milling 1-1/2” of existing asphalt, milling to sub-grade in select locations (Minimum 3”), utility cover adjustments, paving, replace existing signage, and pavement markings.
