Summary of Specifications:
This project is located in the City of Oneonta on Main Street between Chestnut Street & Elm Street. The project is to mill & pave a 22’ wide by 1500’ long street. The project involves milling 2” of existing asphalt, adjusting all utility covers & catch basins, furnishing and installing two inch (2”) thick Type 7F top hot mix asphalt. The project will also include tack coating, true and leveling courses. All existing street striping will be restriped as shown on the contract drawings.
