LWRP-RFP - Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP)

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit proposals from agencies experienced in community planning and development to assist the City of Oneonta and the Town of Oneonta develop a Local Waterfront Revitalization Plan (LWRP) to guide waterfront revitalization along the Susquehanna River corridor and its tributaries in portions of the City and Town. The LWRP will promote green infrastructure, drinking water protection, public waterfront access and recreation, a network of public trails and sidewalks that will improve pedestrian connections and circulation along the waterway, and make use of opportunities for waterfront revitalization.
