Summary of Specifications:
Base bid includes all labor, material, equipment, trucking installation and all other related miscellaneous costs for demolition and removal of the existing concrete pavers and planters and subbase materials. Install: new brick pavers, brick seat wall with stone cap, brick planter with stone cap, granite curb planters, limited structural soils, new pre-cast planter pots, planting soil and plant materials, new stage at Muller Plaza, site amenities including benches, trash bins and bike bollards, and restoration of existing metal railings.
