ITB-39-G-2014 - Public Safety Building Boiler Replacement

Summary of Specifications:
All labor, material, equipment, freight and miscellaneous costs for the replacement of an existing cast iron hot water boiler with two new high efficient natural gas hot water wall mounted boilers, including new circulation pump, gas piping, water piping, electrical wiring, and venting, as indicated in the Contract Specifications. Work is to be coordinated with the Owner and its separate contractor with respect to scheduling system downtime, interface of new boilers with existing Metasys control system, and system startup.
