B. Approximately 220 gallons of multi-purpose Mobil Automatic Transmission Fluid (or approved equal) in 55-gallon drums delivered to the Oneonta Transit Facility and other locations if needed. Bidder to state price on 55 gallon drum delivered, F.O.B., Oneonta, New York.  ALL ITEMS: Bidder must supply a firm price for the ensuing year, from date award becomes effective until award for subsequent year.
