Summary of Specifications:
PROPANE AND PROPANE STATION CITY OF ONEONTA
A. ANIMAL SHELTER, SILAS LANE
The Scope of Work shall include, but is not limited to: 1. Furnish and install ONE (1) five hundred (500) gallon LP gas tank. 2. Tanks must be API-ASME rated above-ground storage tanks. 3. Anticipated annual fuel usage is 2,500 gallons per year.
B. PARKS DEPARTMENT, NEAHWA PLACE
The Scope of Work shall include, but is not limited to: 1. Furnish and install ONE (1) one hundred (100) gallon LP gas tank. 2. Tanks must be API-ASME rated above-ground storage tanks. 3. Anticipated annual fuel usage is 500 gallons per year.
C. AIRPORT, UPPER EAST STREET
The Scope of Work shall include, but is not limited to:
1. The City Oneonta owns one (1) 1,000 gallon above ground LP gas tank. 2. Anticipated annual fuel usage is 4,700 gallons.
D. PUBLIC SERVICE BUILDING, 76 SILAS LANE
The Scope of Work shall include, but is not limited to:
1. Furnish and install TWO (2) one thousand (1,000) gallon LP gas tanks. 2. Tanks must be API-ASME rated above-ground storage tanks. 3. Anticipated annual fuel usage is 8,500 gallons per year.
E. CENTRAL GARAGE, BUS WASH AREA 18 SILAS LANE
The Scope of Work shall include, but is not limited to: 1. Furnish and install FOUR (4) one –hundred (100) gallon LP gas tanks. 2. Tanks must be API-ASME rated above-ground storage tanks. 3. Anticipated annual fuel usage is 600 gallons per year. OTSEGO COUNTY For the purpose of this bid, the County has been divided into four regions: Central Otsego County (area including, but not limited to, Cooperstown, Hartwick, Middlefield, Town of Otsego) South Otsego County (area including, but not limited to, Morris, Butternuts, Oneonta, Worcester, Maryland, Unadilla, Otego, Milford, Laurens) North/East Otsego County (area including, but not limited to, Cherry Valley, Springfield, Richfield Springs, Roseboom, Westford, Exeter, Decatur) West Otsego County County (area including, but not limited to, Edmeston, Plainfield, Pittsfield, New Lisbon, Burlington).
This has been done to facilitate extension of a bid award to municipalities within the County.
Total estimated quantities (estimates not available for all regions): North/East Otsego County 9,500 gallons Estimated quantities include municipalities in addition to the following Otsego County Facilities:
1.A. PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING
The Scope of Work shall include, but is not limited to: 1. The County has five (5) 1.000 gallon aboveground LP gas tanks. 2. The anticipated annual fuel usage is 40,000 gallons per year. 3. the contractor shall install and maintain a remote tank monitor system.
1.B. CENTRAL KITCHEN
The Scope of Work shall include, but is not limited to:
1. The County has two (2) (500) gallon aboveground LP gas tanks. 2. Anticipated annual fuel usage is 3,900 gallons per year. 3. the contractor shall install and maintain a remote tank monitor system.
1.C. THE MEADOWS
The Scope of Work shall include, but is not limited to:
1. The County owns one (1) one thousand (1,000) and one (1) one hundred (100) gallon LP gas tanks. 2. Anticipated annual fuel usage is 65,000 gallons per year. 3. the contractor shall install and maintain a remote tank monitor system
2. COUNTY OFFICE BUILDING
The Scope of Work shall include, but is not limited to:
1. The County owns two (2) 1,000 gallon underground tanks. 2. Anticipated annual fuel usage is 65,000 gallons per year. 3. The contractor shall install and maintain a remote tank monitoring system.
3. OTSEGO MANOR
The Scope of the Work shall include, but is not limited to:
1. The County owns six (6) 1,000 gallon underground tanks. 2. Anticipated annual fuel usage is 8,115 gallons per year. 3. The contractor shall install and maintain a remote tank monitoring system.
4. ANNEX BUILDING
The Scope of the Work shall include, but is not limited to: 1. The County owns two (2) one thousand (1,000) gallon underground tanks. 2. Anticipated annual fuel usage is 8,000 gallons per year. 3. The contractor shall install and maintain a remote tank monitoring system. ONEONTA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
A. BUS GARAGE – 108 Silas Lane
The Scope of Work shall include, but is not limited to:
1. Furnish and install two (2) one thousand (1,000) gallon LP gas tanks to run in tandem. 2. Purge tanks and pipe supply system as needed to facilitate operation of heating units. 3. Tanks must be API-ASME rated above-ground tanks. 4. Anticipated annual fuel usage is 8,000-10,000 gallons per year.
