The City of Oneonta wishes to begin to televise the proceedings of the Common Council. This quote is for three parts: 1) the city seeks quotations from vendors to provide filming services to the city on an acceptable media for airing on Channel 23, the local public access channel; 2) the city also wishes to investigate the possibility of providing on demand video streams and/or audio podcasts of its meetings on the Internet; and 3) the city also wishes to investigate the possibility of providing live stream of its meetings on the Internet. 

The Common Council meets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday evening of each month, and has a number of special meetings that would also need to be recorded. Council meeting generally last no more than 1.5 hours.
