Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this specification to describe a hydraulically actuated packer body of the rear loading type with the following minimum specifications considered necessary to perform the work assigned. The body shall be capable of compacting and transporting refuse to a landfill or transfer station and dispensing the load by means of hydraulic ejection. The body shall not be required to be tilted, lifted, or otherwise displaced from the chassis in order to eject the load.
