Summary of Specifications:
The City is seeking qualified applicants to provide door to door ADA complimentary Paratransit service. The contract between the City of Poughkeepsie and the selected firm will be governed by the laws of the State of New York and with in accordance with FTA guidelines and requirements. This includes providing and maintaining all required paperwork, providing applications and reviewing such, determining eligibility for the service in accordance with federal, state and city laws and policies and providing transportation.
