Summary of Specifications:
Demolition and Removal of brick pavers at Garden St, removal of portions of concrete sidewalk and apron on Main Street to facilitate the installation and realignment of new concrete apron. Reconstruct project to existing grade levels. Following demolition, new amenities are to be installed. ( bollards, light pole bases, etc). Fine grading and subase installation will be followed by concrete placement. Sign installation. Demolition and reinstallation of new light poles and bases. New conduit will be installed from control panel at 253 Main St.
