Summary of Specifications:
The City of Poughkeepsie is seeking proposals for janitorial services for selected areas at the City of Poughkeepsie Municipal Building (City Hall) with an alternate for janitorial services at the DPW complex. Work called for under this specification consists of furnishing qualified supervision, plant, labor, supplies, materials, equipment (except the supplies and utilities specified herein, which are to be supplied by the City of Poughkeepsie) and performing all work as specified. Offerors are to use the specifications as a minimum performance guide and provide a work plan that meets or exceeds the requirements stated. Selection will be based on several factors that provide the best solution for the entire facility.
