Provide one (1) 8,000 gallon aboveground diesel storage steel tank system with secondary containment that meets or exceeds 6NYCRR Part 614.9. The aboveground tank, containment, electric, fuel dispensers, fire protection, and associated fuel island monitors must provide the City DPW with a fully operational diesel fuel island contructed in compliance with current OSHA and DEC Regulations.
