PROJECT ESTIMATE: $2,840,000.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: This contract will rehabillitate approximately 2.5 miles of City of Rochester streets. The following streets are included in the project:

Alexander Street: Mount Hope Avenue to East Main Street
Scio Street: East Avenue to Central Park

This rehabilitation project will consist of milling and resurfacing the existing pavement, curbing reset and replacement, sidewalk curb ramp replacement, installation of tree pits, and traffic signal inductance detector loop replacement,

REQUIREMENTS:
This is a Locally Administered Federal Aid Project and contains Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Utilization Goals.
This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents
This Contract Contains Apprenticeship Training Requirements for Bids that Exceed $250,000.00
