CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.
PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of work consists of pavement milling and resurfacing, upgrades to curb ramps not meeting ADA guidelines, hazardous concrete sidewalk replacement, adjustments or replacements of catch basin frames and grates and sewer manhole frames and covers, restoration of all disturbed lawn areas with topsoil and seed.
