PROJECT ESTIMATE: $2,955,000.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: This Project consists of the improvements to Thurston Road between Genesee Park Boulevard and Arnett Boulevard, Brooks Avenue between Genesee Park Boulevard and Genesee Street, Jefferson Avenue between Champlain Street and W. Main Street, and the installation of speed humps on Reynolds Street between Seward Street and W Main Street.
The scope of the work consists of the milling and resurfacing of the pavement surface, upgrading curb ramps and sidewalks, replacing deteriorated curb, installing new concrete bus pads, replacing
drainage structure frames, grates, and manholes in poor condition, installation of speed humps at various locations on Reynolds Street, and upgrading the traffic signal at Thurston Rd and Arnett Blvd.

REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains and Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Training Requirements; and New MWBE and Workforce Goals Requirements
This Project is Partially Funded by a Federal Community Development Block Grant and Certain Federal Requirements Apply
