PROJECT SUMMARY:
This Project consists of the improvements to 2024 State Touring Route Milling and Resurfacing
Project, between West Main Street (Churchlea Place to W Broad Street), Churchlea Place (12
Churchlea Place to West Main Street), and South Plymouth Avenue (Genesee Street to Ford
Street).
The scope of the work consists of the milling and resurfacing of the pavement surface, upgrading curb
ramps and sidewalks, replacing deteriorated curb, installing new concrete bus pads, replacing drainage
structure frames, grates, and manholes in poor condition, upgrading the portions of the traffic signals at
West Main Street and Jefferson Avenue, adding traffic signal back plates at various locations, mill and
resurface and widen Churchlea Place from 12 Churchlea Place to West Main Street.
Add Alternate #1
This Add Alternate consist of the installation of sections of Free-Standing Low-Profile Concrete Barrier
with flexible delineators attached to them along West Main Street.

REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Training Requirements; and New MWBE and Workforce Goals Requirements.
