1.1       It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract for the pruning of Street Trees in the public right-of-way in six (6) of the thirty-nine (39) Forestry Management Units and select City Parks.

1.2      Trees shall receive a prune C2, prune C3, or Train prune as designated, at locations chosen by the Forestry Division.
