SCOPE

1.1       It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract for maintenance, installation, inspections and repair of fire and intrusion alarm systems at various buildings owned, rented, leased or otherwise controlled by the City.

1.2       The primary users of this contract will be Bureau of Parks, the Rochester Public Libraries, and the Building Services Division; however, other Departments and/or Divisions may utilize the contract.
