It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract for maintenance, installation, inspections and repair of fire and intrusion alarm systems at various buildings owned, rented, leased or otherwise controlled by the City.

The primary users of this contract will be Bureau of Parks, the Rochester Public Library and the Building Services Division; however, other Departments and/or Divisions may utilize the contract.

Electronic bids submitted through BidNet will not be accepted. Note: due to the COVID 19 crisis City Hall is not open to the public, seal bids and bid deposits must be dropped-off in a secured drop-box at City Hall’s Link Entrance located on Fitzhugh Street, Rochester, NY 14614. Business checks and cash are not permitted.
