SCOPE

The City of Rochester Water Bureau wishes to acquire an automated multi-chemistry discrete analyzer for the analysis of inorganic contaminants in potable and non-potable water. The bid should include the costs for the following items:

1. Discrete Analyzer
2. Operating Software Startup Accessories Kit(s)
3. Sample Tray Operations and Software Manuals
4. Method of Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) (Alkalinity, Nitrate, Nitrite, Calcium, Chloride, Orthophosphate, Total Phosphate, Sulfate)
5. Integrated Cadmium Reduction Hardware for Nitrate Analysis (2)
6. Computer with Laser Printer
7. Maintenance Kits Required for the First Year of Operation
8. Consumable Kit for up to 18000 Tests
9. Cost for Annual Service Contract including on-site After Hours Visit (Minimum Warranty on Parts and Labor must be 1 year)
