PROJECT ESTIMATE: $1,040,000.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This project will proced under two (2) LUMP SUM Contracts as follows:
General Construction (GC)
Mechanical Construction (MC)

PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of the work consists of a roof replacement and a mechanical roof top air handler with structural steel supports. This is a multiple contract project with roofing and mechanical, along with incidental electrical. GC/Roof contract has three alternates and the mechanical contract is base bid only. Project has allowances included in both contracts.

This Contract Contains and Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Training Requirements; and New MWBE and Workforce Goals Requirements
