It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract for material to be used in the installation of Blue Cross Arena Ice Floor. Supplies including Deck Ice Rink Cover, HC Synthetic Stage Decking, Decking Panels, Waffle Panels and Solid Panels. The project site improvements include modification to an existing ice rink dimensions of 200’ long x 85’ wide x 28’ radius for a total of 17, 000 sq./ft. No installation labor is included in this scope. All on-site work will be supervisory only.

1.2      The primary users of this contract will be the Building Services Division; however, other Departments and/or Divisions may utilize the contract.

1.3    This contract includes incentives for utilizing qualified City residents as employees of the contractor and/or any subcontractors.

1.4    Bidders should carefully review the insurance 15, and must certify on the proposal that they have the insurance specified.
