PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of the work consists of Site Improvements, regrading and repaving to improve storm water management systems. Removal of a failing below grade waterproofing membrane and installation of new waterproofing system and modifications to the catch basin, along with landscape//tree modifications is needed.

REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains and Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Training Requirements; and New MWBE and Workforce Goals Requirements
This Contract Contains New Requirements for NY State Wicks Law
