Description

It is the intention of the City of Rochester to enter into a contract with a competent and responsive contractor for plowing, de-icing and removing snow from the City Library Parking Lots

The contractor must supply at least two (2) well-maintained Pick-up Truck (4x4) and De-Ice Spreader Plow with Operator. A rubber edge blade is required. All equipment intended for use under this contract will be subject to passing a City-administered inspection.

In consideration of the need to reserve equipment to meet the needs of this contract, the City will guarantee a minimum payment of $1,000 to the contractor upon contract completion if the contractor fully performs the services of this contract to the satisfaction of the City.
