SUBMIT QUOITE FOR ONE (1) COLLISON ESTIMATING SOFTWARE PACKAGE AS SPECIFIED HEREIN:

1            Automate collision estimating software for import and domestic automobiles and light trucks.
2            Software should provide intuitive, guided estimate building.
3            Should automatically calculate paint and materials cost based on repairs needed
4            Should include current parts prices
5            Should cover all common import and domestic manufacturers going back at least 20 years
6            Estimates produced by software should meet industry standards
7            Software should be easily adopted by someone with automotive knowledge, but not necessarily collision experience
8            Operate on existing Windows based hardware.
9            Vendor will demonstrate software prior to award, and training after award.
10          Quote for first year of service, and annual renewal fee.
BIDDERS MAY SUBMIT CITY-APPROVED EQUIVALENT.

BIDDERS MUST BE ACCEPT CITY OF ROCHESTER PURCHASE ORDERS TO COMPLETE ORDERS.

BIDDERS MUST INCLUDE ALL COSTS IN PRICE QUOTE. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY BE ADDED ONCE A PURCHASE ORDER HAS BEEN ISSUED.

METHOD OF AWARD
The City intends to issue purchase order(s) to the responsive and responsible bidder whose offer is the lowest best value offer to the City on the basis of prices submitted. The City reserves the right to make its award in total or by line or groups of lines if doing so results in overall lower costs.

For purposes of this RFQ, if one or more quotes are submitted by a business certified as an MWBE business by New York State on the date of the RFQ, the MWBE bidder(s) shall receive a five percent (5%) price advantage over non-MWBE bidders pursuant to Section 8 of Ordinance No. 2018-54.
