PROJECT ESTIMATE: $192,994.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of the work includes the following:
1. Saw cutting and full depth removal of approximately 990 SY of asphalt, and 9 SY of concrete.
2. The installation of 850 SY of concrete pavement and 150 SY of heavy-duty pavement.
3. The removal and replacement of fuel port cover.
4. The replacement of the existing lift arm gates. The installation of conduit, sensors and all other appurtenances associated with the lift arm gates.
5. The removal and replacement of 175 tons of excavated material to an offsite land fill and implementation of a soil management plan.

REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Training Requirements; and New MWBE and Workforce Goals Requirements
This contract contains new requirements for NY State Wicks Law.
