CONTRACT TYPE: This is a LUMP SUM contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY:The base bid scope of the work consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 38 storm and sanitary sewer structures and rehabilitatio of approximately 22 storm and sanitary structures within the City of Rochester's Central Vehicle, Manitenance Facility complex.

REQUIREMENTS:

This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents and Apprenticeship Training Requirements
