This demolition contains fourteen (14) structures. Seven (7) structures in this package contain friable and non-friable asbestos materials and will need to be demolished under the NYS Industrial Code Rule 56 requirements for "Controlled Demolition with Asbestos in Place". The Seven (7) remaining structures in this package contain no asbestos and shall be demolished accordingly.

This contract incorporates new MWBE and Workforce goal requirements, as required by Ordinance No. 2018-54
