CONTRACT TYPE: This is a LUMP SUM contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of the work consists of the removal of the existing multiple layers of built up roofing and installing a new EPOM insulated roof system. Alternates include installing new roof drains with insulation for existing roof leaders. 075 EPOM membrane installation with 30 year warranty and roof access ladder.

Sealed Bids should be addressed to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, Room 105-A, Rochester, NY 14614 and delivered prior to the closing date and time. Bids shall be submitted only on the complete Proposal on the form provided by the City. Bids must be submitted in hard copy on the Proposal.
