PROJECT ESTIMATE: $7,770,000.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: This project consists of improvements to East Main Street between North Goodman Street and Culver Road.
The scope of the work consists of the full depth reconstruction of East Main Street between North Goodman Street and Culver Road. This includes water main, drainage structures, curb, pavement, sidewalk, signals, lighting, signing, marking, landscaping, and other streetscape enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS: This is a Locally Administered Federal Aid Project and contains Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Utilization Goals.
This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents

Sealed Bids are to be submitted in hard copy to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, Room 105-A, Rochester, NY 14614 prior to the closing date and time, after which all bids properly received will be opened, read and recorded.

Bids shall be submitted only on the complete Proposal on the form provided by the City. Bids must be submitted in hard copy on the Proposal. Electronic bid submittals through BidNet will not be accepted.
