PROJECT ESTIMATE: $738,748.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This Project will proceed under Two (2) Lump Sum Contracts as follows:

Contract 1 - Mechanical: $665,806.00
Contract 2 - Electrical: $72,942.00

PROJECT SUMMARY: Work items in th eprject include replacement of and/or improvements to HVAC, plumbing, controls and electrical equipment at the Emergency Communications Department facility. Equipment to be replaced includes, but is not limited to: make up air unit AHU-1, heat pumps HP-11 and HP-12, (HP-27 and HP-28 will be eliminated as part of the AHU replacement), computer room air conditioners CRU-1, CRU-2, CRU-3, CRU-4, CRU-5 and CRU-8; exhaust fans F-1 and F-2,; heat exchanger HX-1; add new electric to steam humidifier, unit heaters UH-2 and UH-3; upgrade Johnson Controls building automation system, and overhaul Cummins natural gas fueled generatir and upgrad electronics.

Sealed Bids are to be submitted in hard copy to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, Room 105-A, Rochester, NY 14614 prior to the closing date and time, after which all bids properly received will be opened, read and recorded.
